A note to say a huge thank you for all the help and understanding shown with regards to mam’s funeral. She always said that “when her time came” she wanted Alderson’s to be the ones to lay her to rest. She knew what she was talking about!
You knew exactly what we wanted for mam – not too much fuss but all such good taste – you made a sad occasion a happy one and for that we will be always grateful. Everyone at the funeral and those who managed to see it online said mam would have “enjoyed” it – a rare comment at such a time, but very true.
Alan, the rest of the family and me knew what a wise person Olive was and she proved that when she chose you.
